I did have the help desk powerpack installed but not enabled. I deleted it to be sure now, but have not tested sine deletion. Hi Jason, Sounds like a plugin may have provided this functionality before. Do you have the Help Desk PowerPack plugin installed? This week’s winner is jMichael , for his handy Help Desk PowerPack plugin. It lets you edit ticket fields directly on the sidebar, rather than having to click edit first. Are you perhaps using the Help Desk Powerpack, or something similar, Rules Pepper which would prevent the ticket from closing without time being added.? Perhaps Spiceworks is I would look at the Help Desk PowerPack plugin. I haven’t used it, but I believe you can enter “Time Spent” under „Required on Close“ to force time to be entered.

What you are referencing is the Help Desk PowerPack (version 3.1). With this plugin, the ticket the latest quantity is enabled just to the right of the ticket category that you are viewing.

Thanks, someone had installed the “Help desk PowerPack” and this was causing my issues. I disabled this extension and all is back to normal. Thanks! I’d like a more granular option when an admin uses the “Help Desk > New Ticket” (not the user portal) to start a new ticket, I have the option to select a category, I’ve created Ronen, I’ve released a new version of Help Desk PowerPack (v3.0) that fixes the issue with deleting single tickets. It is now fully compatible with SW 7.3.00111+.
