Japan considers Uzbekistan like Kazakhstan as main important country in Central Asia and has manifested the desire to develop cooperation with Uzbekistan in the wider sphere of bilateral relations. Prime Minister Kishida emphasized that there is no change in Japan’s determination that Japan will continue to strongly promote its relations between Central Asiaand Japan as well as bilateral relations between Japan and Uzbekistan on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the „Central Asia plus Japan“ Dialogue.
