I seem to have one of my 2080ti kingpins stuck at the 300mhz even under load in sli.  For some reason my gpu seems to be stuck at 300 mhz, and i have no clue why. So I was playing metro Exodus on my 2060 today and wanted to see how the temps were so I loaded up msi afterburner and it said the gpu was running at 300MHz base
