Does walking in power armor make fusion cores last longer? I mean, walking slowly, after pressing Caps Lock. I did a google search for that but couldnt find any info.

I’ve restored power to Nuka World and got the last Star Core and when I returned to the display case, the Quantum power armor isn’t in there. I even re load my save and still I don’t get it. I have 50 fusion cores in my inventory, it says, yet I can’t put in a fresh core to the suit. It won’t let me. When I go to transfer to suit, it says my inventory is empty.
