Transferring Items Between Obelisks?

As stated in the title, I’m curious about transferring items, dinos, and characters between different servers through the supply crates. I’ve read threads and seen youtube videos on this topic, but when I go to a supply crate I don’t see any of the tabs that would allow transfers. I play in my dedicated server, in old times we could upload our character with items in its inventory.
