Installing a Turner CSL Style box with headers and high flow catalysts with all the other things plus tuning is a $6K project. It has not improved my track times, but it looks and sounds cool. My only concern with the Turner product is that there are gaps between the carbon intake and the edges of the filter that allow a minor amount of unfiltered air to flow through the I still have OEM, but it’s been a while and no one has chimed in. So what I’ve gathered from research is.. Go CSL. whether it’s turner or hiamus whatever. Just go CSL airbox. Now.. if u just can’t fork up the cash. The ONLY substitute that comes close is Eventuri. These opinions are from ppl who are strictly trying to get the true induction roar from the s54. Not a pony boost. I

I put the Turner Motorsports CSL Airbox to the test. Is it worth it? Hey Guys, We all want the CSL intake but its alot of $$$. I currently have the Turner CAI but want more induction nosie any go from a CAI to a Eventuri? is the induction noise much more with the eventuri vs a CAI? For the Turner airbox, This low profile most people tend to leave it as is. I have seen a few track cars run a dual brake duct tubing into the mouth of the intake, but it is very race car and doesn’t look good. If you are planning on running a CSL bumper with the primary intake duct, get an airbox that can accept the snorkel piece.
